Operation ExecutiveSalary: Negotiable based on experienceCompany: Aatm Nirbhar Learning Private LimitedJoining: ImmediateJob OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and community-driven Operation Executive to lead Aatm Nirbhars efforts in identifying, supporting, and empowering women through our Udaan Project.This role focuses on grassroots engagement, coordination with gig worker and on-ground program execution to ensure women are identified, equipped, and supported to become independent riders. You will play a crucial role in mobilizing communities, conversion leads into training, overseeing kit distribution, and ensuring transparent reporting and documentation and everything aligns with Aatm Nirbhars values and purpose.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day training operations, from candidate signup through completion, including administrative and logistical support for ongoing batches.Convert all generated leads into the trainingConnect with women interested in the program, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide counseling to newly onboarded candidates.Coordinate between participants and trainers to schedule sessions and ensure timely delivery of essential training materials.Support trainer recruitment, manage their onboarding documentation, and track trainer payments and operational costs.Conduct field surveys to identify the needs and challenges of female gig workers and their communities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and onboarded female riders, and provide them with ongoing on-ground support.Maintain accurate records of activities, payments, and participant progress; prepare detailed reports and documentation to support organizational goals.Collaborate with the internal team to resolve participant issues and ensure smooth training delivery.Required Skills & QualificationsPrior Experience in Fleet Management and or Gig PlatformBachelors degree and minimum 2-3 years of relevant field experiences in operations.Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in local languages.Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools).Willingness to travel within project areas.Candidate must have own vehicleOperation Rigar and Problem solving skillsLanguagesFluent in the local language (knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus).Why Aatm Nirbhar?Join a growing social venture with a mission to empower women and create lasting change.Work in a collaborative, values-driven, and creative environment.Apply now to be part of our mission-driven team.
