We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Officer with at least 2-year experience in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Install, inspect, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards.Interpret and implement solar system designs and schematics.Conduct on-site assessments to determine system requirements and installation feasibility.Coordinate with project engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate installations.Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on PV systems as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and service activities.Provide client support and education on system operations and maintenance.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in solar PV installation or a related renewable energy field.Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Proven understanding of solar PV system components, wiring, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.Familiarity with tools, equipment, and testing instruments used in solar installations.Experience with hybrid systems, battery storage, or solar water heating systems.Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP, PV Installation Professional, etc.) is an added advantageStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in various outdoor conditions.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary + Multiple commission + annual performance bonus, with unlimited earning potential.• HMO health insurance• Fast career growth opportunities, with potential promotion to Installation Engineer, Senior Installation Engineer or Power Installation Supervisor etc Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: hr@Bluewave.top using the position as subject of email.
