Commerce Alliance Holdings Limited  is seeking a Finance Manager with strong portfolio and asset management experience to lead financial strategy, investment oversight, and capital performance optimization.This role sits at the intersection of finance and investments—responsible for managing investor funds, optimizing portfolio returns, supporting capital raising initiatives, and ensuring strong financial governance across all investment vehicles. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Investment ManagementOversee and manage investment portfolios across multiple asset classes (fixed income, equities, alternative investments, and internal ventures)Drive portfolio allocation strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returnsConduct investment analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence on new opportunitiesTrack and report portfolio performance against defined benchmarks and return targetsSupport structuring and management of investment products (e.g., Pennyvest)Financial Planning & ControlLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the business and investment vehiclesManage liquidity, cash flow, and capital deployment strategiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and investor useEnsure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial dataCapital Raising & Investor ManagementSupport capital formation initiatives, including investment galas and investor roadshowsDevelop financial models and return projections for investor pitchesPrepare investor reports, updates, and performance dashboardsAssist in structuring investment offerings to attract institutional and HNI investorsRisk Management & ComplianceIdentify, assess, and manage financial and investment risks across portfoliosEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policiesImplement and maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworksMonitor macroeconomic and market trends impacting asset performanceStrategic Finance & GrowthProvide financial insights to guide executive decision-making and expansion strategyEvaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and asset classesSupport M&A, joint ventures, and new market entry initiativesDrive capital efficiency and ROI optimization across all investmentsStakeholder & Team CollaborationWork closely with executive leadership, product teams, and operationsManage relationships with auditors, regulators, custodians, and financial partnersSupport the build-out of a high-performing finance and investment teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5-7 years’ experience in finance, asset management, investment banking, or related fieldProven experience managing or analysing investment portfoliosStrong financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio analysis skillsExperience with capital raising or investor-facing roles is a strong advantageProfessional certifications such as ICAN, CFA, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferredKey Skills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of asset and portfolio management principlesStrong analytical and quantitative skillsCommercial awareness and investment acumenRisk assessment and mitigation expertiseExcellent communication and investor reporting skillsHigh level of integrity and financial disciplineKPIs / Success MetricsPortfolio performance (ROI, IRR) vs. benchmarksAssets Under Management (AUM) growthSuccess of capital raising initiativesAccuracy and timeliness of financial and investor reportingRisk exposure and compliance adherenceProfitability and capital efficiency across investment vehicles.Why This Role MattersThis role is critical to building a trusted, high-performing asset management business.
