National Sales Manager– Pharma
The successful candidate shall be responsible for and own strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing function for the company. Reporting to the GM, he/she will propose sales, market and marketing objectives. RequirementsB Pharm degree or equivalent. Possession of an MBA a definite advantage 5-7 years’ experience team-leadership, including multinational and indigenous-concerns work- environment. Candidates currently holding similar in Nigeria are preferred Regional Sales Leader with at least 5 years’ sales management experience, track record of performance and multinational environment/large indigenous company experience may be consideredStrong hospital and ethical brand –awareness/demand-generation experience is absolutely requiredDemonstrable experience in managing a sales team of not less than 25 Positive track-record superior sales and marketing performance, across regions and segmentsStrong commercial and business senseProblem-solver, result-oriented and intra-preneural, self-directed and self-motivatedself-starter with definite ability to work without significant supervision, Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbove average ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Power-pointHigh integrity indexCompensation: up to NGN1,000,000.00, depending on experience and records of performance, with the usual perks and tools available to pharma c-suit sales managers in Nigeria.
