This is not primarily a sales role. The focus is on onboarding, client communication, follow-up, problem solving, and making sure the client experience stays smooth from the moment a client signs through the hiring process and beyond.You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, and recruitment team to keep clients properly onboarded, updated, and supported. You’ll help answer questions, coordinate next steps, monitor interviews, and resolve issues quickly before they become larger problems.This role is best suited for someone who is calm under pressure, strong with follow-through, comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients, and able to manage many moving pieces without letting anything fall through the cracks.
