Java Construction Ltd. is seeking a competent and experienced Batching Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the concrete batching plant to ensure the production of high-quality concrete in accordance with approved mix designs and project specifications.Operate and control the batching plant to produce concrete according to specified mix designs.Operate and control the batching plant to produce concrete according to specified mix designs.Monitor plant equipment and ensure efficient production processes.Ensure accurate measurement and batching of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.Conduct routine inspections of the batching plant and report faults promptly.Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to ensure product quality standards are maintained.Maintain daily production records, material consumption records, and equipment logs.Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the batching plant area.Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Assist maintenance personnel during plant servicing and repairs when required.Requirements:Minimum of OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience operating a concrete batching plant.Good knowledge of concrete production processes and batching software.Ability to interpret concrete mix designs and production schedules.Knowledge of plant maintenance and troubleshooting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Desired Skills:Excellent problem-solving ability.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong safety awareness.Computer literacy and experience with automated batching systems will be an added advantage.Minimum of OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience operating a concrete batching plant.Good knowledge of concrete production processes and batching software.Ability to interpret concrete mix designs and production schedules.Basic knowledge of plant maintenance and troubleshooting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: hr.javadesignconcept@gmail.com using the position as subject of email.
