Senior Google Ads Account Manager - Remote
Working Hours: GMT+4 (Dubai), with flexibilitySalary: Competitive, based on experience and what you bring to the table.About the roleWe're a fast-growing B2B Google Ads agency based in Dubai, serving clients across the UAE and wider GCC. We're hiring a senior account manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of B2B lead generation accounts.This role is for someone who thrives in a founder-led environment, takes full ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating without rigid structure. You'll manage accounts end-to-end, from campaign optimisation and conversion tracking through to landing page input and client reporting.We're not looking for someone who follows a checklist. We want a critical thinker who takes initiative, spots problems before they become problems, and treats client accounts as if they were their own business.What you'll be doingManage ~20 Google Ads accounts independently across different B2B industriesRun ongoing optimisation, testing, and performance analysisBuild and maintain offline conversion tracking setups (a core differentiator for our agency)Produce monthly performance reports and strategic insights for client reviewsAnalyse lead quality using CRM data and Google Sheets, not just platform metricsContribute to landing page strategy and CRO recommendationsMaintain clean change logs and account documentationIdentify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and client retentionCollaborate directly with the founder on agency strategy and process improvementsTypes of clients you'll manageOur clients are small-to-medium B2B businesses in the UAE and GCC.
