Job SummaryMegawatts is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Analyst to support the implementation of the company’s enterprise data strategy and business intelligence framework. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and managing a centralized data ecosystem that supports data-driven decision-making across Finance, Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Business Development, and Customer Experience functions.The candidate must be capable of building reporting systems and analytics frameworks from scratch, developing dashboards, structuring and cleaning datasets, supporting automation initiatives, and driving KPI visibility across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy & Framework Development● Build and maintain centralized reporting and analytics frameworks from scratch● Develop and implement KPI tracking systems aligned with organizational goals● Support the implementation of enterprise-wide data governance processes● Define data standards, validation rules, and reporting structures● Assist in creating scalable data models and reporting architectureData Analysis & Reporting● Analyze operational, financial, customer, and QA/QC data to generate actionable insights● Develop executive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI● Monitor business KPIs and performance metrics across departments● Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting● Present findings and recommendations to leadership teamsDashboard Development & Business Intelligence● Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards● Build drill-down reporting capabilities and executive scorecards● Automate recurring reports and KPI updates● Ensure dashboard accuracy, usability, and real-time visibility where applicable● Support mobile-friendly dashboard accessibilityData Management & Quality Assurance● Clean, transform, and structure raw datasets from multiple sources● Maintain centralized databases and repositories● Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency● Implement validation and quality control checks● Support historical trend analysis and data archival processesSystems & Integration Support● Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations and automated workflows● Support integration between Odoo ERP, CRM systems, QA/QC systems, and reporting tools● Work with PostgreSQL databases and data extraction processes● Assist with workflow automation initiatives using tools such as Apache AirflowGovernance & Compliance● Support NDPC-compliant data management practices● Maintain role-based access and reporting permissions● Assist with documentation of SOPs, data dictionaries, and governance policies● Participate in periodic data audits and process reviewsRequired Skills & Competencies● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI● Ability to build reporting frameworks and dashboards from scratch● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets● Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)● Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation● Understanding of data governance and data quality management● Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills● Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsTechnical Requirements● Microsoft Power BI● SQL / PostgreSQL● Excel (Advanced)● Data modeling and visualization● Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably Odoo)● Knowledge of API integrations and automation workflows is an added advantage● Familiarity with Apache Airflow, FastAPI, or .NET integrations is an added advantagePreferred Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field● 3+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting● Experience implementing enterprise reporting systems or digital transformation projects● Experience within construction, engineering, consulting, or project-based industries is an added advantageKey Success Indicators● Accuracy and timeliness of dashboards and reports● KPI visibility across departments● Improved data quality and reporting consistency● Successful automation of reporting processes● Adoption and usage of dashboards by leadership and teams● Contribution to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
