We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Health Care Assistant to join our medical equipment and consumables wholesale & Retail store.You will support customers by providing expert advice on medical products, assisting with purchases, and ensuring excellent service in a retail healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and advise customers on medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, blood pressure monitors, oxygen concentrators, mobility & Support, and consumables (gloves, bandages, syringes, wound dressings, etc.)Demonstrate proper use of medical devices and equipment to customers.Help customers select suitable products based on their needs and doctor’s recommendations. maintain accurate stock records.Provide basic after-sales support and follow up with customers when needed.Report low stock levels and assist with inventory management.Requirements.Certificate in Health Care Assistance, Nursing Assistant, or related field or SSCE Certificate with Experience in a medical store, or healthcare setting.Good product knowledge of medical equipment and consumables.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Friendly, patient, and trustworthy personality.Ability to lift light equipment.Basic computer skills (for sales and inventory).What We OfferCompetitive salary.Training on products and customer care.Friendly retail work environmentOpportunity for growth in the healthcare retail sectorOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: Syntopnig@gmail.com using the position as subject of email.
