Job Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. The role involves handling routine office tasks, supporting staff, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and documents.
Assist with document preparation.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and preparation of meeting rooms.
Handle errands such as dispatching documents and other official assignments as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE or OND.
1–2 years’ work experience in any field
Experience in e-commerce, retail, sales, or digital marketing is a strong advantage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs.
Strong use of Chat GPT, Instagram & TikTok
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask, organize, prioritise effectively and work with minimal supervision.
Able to work flexible hours.
Willing to be physically present when required.
