Job Title: English Evaluator

Position: English Evaluator
Job Type: Work From Home (WFH)
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a Week (1st & 3rd Saturdays and All Sundays Off)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions based on predefined quality standards.
Assess teacher performance using established evaluation rubrics.
Provide accurate, constructive, and actionable feedback to enhance teaching quality.
Maintain detailed evaluation records while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Participate in regular calibration and training sessions to uphold evaluation standards.
Apply knowledge of English phonics, pronunciation, and grammar during the evaluation process.
Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and phonics.
Familiarity with US and UK phonics standards will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to quality evaluation processes.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in English language, phonics, teaching, or quality evaluation are also welcome.
Technical Requirements
Personal Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent recommended).
Stable high-speed internet connection.
