Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems and building quality software. You'll work on web applications, SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, and custom software solutions for clients in India and international markets.
Your responsibilities include:
Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Work on frontend, backend, APIs, and database design while taking ownership of assigned modules.
Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Debug issues, improve application performance, and ensure high code quality.
Learn new technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
Use modern development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1 to 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, Nest.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP/Laravel, or similar technologies.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to different project requirements.

Note: This is a full-time Work from Office position in Kolhapur. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Kolhapur or nearby areas.
