Rapinno Tech is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager who can drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and our footprint across the India staffing market.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT Staffing services Generate business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, market research Build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into active clients Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions Account Management Build relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Teams, Procurement Heads, Delivery Managers, CXOs Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement Staffing Sales & Revenue Generation Drive Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), RPO business opportunities Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets Negotiate commercials, rate cards, MSAs, SOWs, and staffing agreements Delivery Coordination Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams for successful closures Track hiring metrics, submissions, interviews, closures, and fill ratios Act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams Market Intelligence Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies Identify opportunities across: GCCs Product Companies IT Services BFSI Healthcare Telecom Manufacturing Required Skills Strong experience in India IT Staffing Sales Expertise in Hunting, Farming & Account Mining Proven success in Contract Staffing, C2H & RPO Sales Excellent negotiation, presentation & stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of hiring across: Cloud Data Engineering AI/ML SAP Cybersecurity Infrastructure Semiconductor Embedded Systems Experience with CRM tools: Salesforce Zoho CRM HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics CRM Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) Existing network of HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams & Decision Makers Experience managing Enterprise Accounts and GCC clients Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New Client Acquisition Revenue Achievement Gross Margin Growth Open Positions Generated Closure Ratio Client Retention Account Expansion Quarterly Business Targets Ideal Titles IT Sales Manager – Staffing Services Client Acquisition Manager – IT Recruitment IT Staffing Sales Lead Enterprise Sales Manager – Talent Solutions BDM – Contract Staffing & C2H Sales
