Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Full Stack Engineer (60% Backend / 40% Frontend) to build and scale web applications. You'll be a key contributor, working closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences while leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy robust web applications, splitting your focus between Node.js/NestJS backend architecture and React frontend features.
Actively utilize AI coding assistants to enhance productivity, code quality, and rapid prototyping.
Write clean, testable code, contribute to system architecture, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security and performance.
Collaborate effectively across teams in an agile environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
Deep expertise in Node.js (backend) and strong proficiency in React (frontend), with excellent JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
Fluency in using AI for coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc) with a deep understanding of how to use AI to augment their expertise while maintaining high code quality.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and database design (PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with testing frameworks.
Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating project experience is highly valued.
Experience deploying and managing applications on GCP, especially with serverless (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
Familiarity with DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Docker) and monitoring.
Familiarity with LLM integrations and web scraping.
