Fellows embed full-time at a host organization, building real solutions with Claude, teaching colleagues to use it, and leaving behind something that keeps running after they leave.Responsibilities:Discover and scope: understand what the host org actually needs, define projects in sprintsBuild with Claude: ship agents, automations, internal tools, eval harnesses, integrationsEnable the organization: run trainings for technical and non-technical audiencesHand off well: document and transfer ownership before leavingExercise judgment: push back on bad ideas, cut what isn't workingRequirements:18+, under 2 years full-time professional work experienceBuilt something end-to-end on your own (a project, tool, or automation)Demonstrated pull toward social-impact workSelf-directed but coachableCan explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAuthorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)Willing to relocate for in-person placementMust complete Anthropic's AI Fluency and Claude 101 courses before applyingPreferred:Experience in a small team wearing multiple hatsTeaching/mentoring/workshop experienceDomain exposure (public health, education, workforce, civic tech, social services)Experience with agent frameworks, evals, or production LLM deploymentsCompensation & Perks:$85,000 salary + benefits (employed by CodePath, the employer of record)Claude API and tooling accessRelocation support if placed 100+ miles from current residenceAnthropic onboarding bootcampCohort support + Anthropic engineer office hoursPost-fellowship portfolio piece and referencesInterview Process:Written application → take-home assessment → 25-min conversation → final Super Day (two 1:1s)
