Salary: $85,000/year + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fellowship

Claude Corps — a partnership between CodePath and Anthropic — places early-career fellows inside nonprofits, government agencies, and public-interest organizations for a year to put AI to work on problems that matter. Fellows embed full-time at a host organization, building real solutions with Claude, teaching colleagues to use it, and leaving behind something that keeps running after they leave.
Responsibilities:
Discover and scope: understand what the host org actually needs, define projects in sprints
Build with Claude: ship agents, automations, internal tools, eval harnesses, integrations
Enable the organization: run trainings for technical and non-technical audiences
Hand off well: document and transfer ownership before leaving
Exercise judgment: push back on bad ideas, cut what isn't working
Requirements:
18+, under 2 years full-time professional work experience
Built something end-to-end on your own (a project, tool, or automation)
Demonstrated pull toward social-impact work
Self-directed but coachable
Can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
Willing to relocate for in-person placement
Must complete Anthropic's AI Fluency and Claude 101 courses before applying
Preferred:
Experience in a small team wearing multiple hats
Teaching/mentoring/workshop experience
Domain exposure (public health, education, workforce, civic tech, social services)
Experience with agent frameworks, evals, or production LLM deployments
Compensation & Perks:
$85,000 salary + benefits (employed by CodePath, the employer of record)

Interview Process:
Written application → take-home assessment → 25-min conversation → final Super Day (two 1:1s)
