Role & responsibilitiesVisit manufacturing companies, OEMs, and channel partners across the assigned territory.Identify machining, workholding, fixturing, and probing opportunities at customer sites.Build relationships with Production, Manufacturing, Process, and Purchase teams.Understand customer applications and collect component drawings and machining details.Coordinate with the internal Design & Application team to develop technical solutions.Prepare and present technical proposals to customers.Follow up on quotations, trials, and ongoing projects.Develop existing customer accounts through cross-selling and horizontal deployment.Maintain customer visit reports, opportunity pipeline, and weekly activity updates.Work closely with senior management for commercial discussions and order closure.Preferred candidate profile35 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing solutions.Good understanding of CNC machining, workholding, jig & fixture concepts, or cutting tools.Experience interacting with manufacturing, production, or process engineers.Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining applications.Strong customer relationship and communication skills.Experience in business development, technical support, or application engineering is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
