As a Consultant at KNOLSKAPE, you will partner with global clients to understand business challenges, design impactful learning and HR technology solutions, and drive successful outcomes. You will combine consulting, solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence to create measurable business impact and strengthen long-term client relationships.Role & responsibilitiesClient connects to understand the learning needAbility to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirementsDesigning of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirements. Provide high-level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.Leading the project management for projects in scopeDemonstrating thought leadershipRole RequirementsExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in Learning and DevelopmentStrong internal and external client service orientationDevelop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE's technology products and solutions.
