Senior Learning Consultant
Job Description
As a Consultant at KNOLSKAPE, you will partner with global clients to understand business challenges, design impactful learning and HR technology solutions, and drive successful outcomes. You will combine consulting, solution design, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence to create measurable business impact and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Role & responsibilities
Client connects to understand the learning need
Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements
Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirements. Provide high-level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.
Leading the project management for projects in scope
Demonstrating thought leadership
Role Requirements
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in Learning and Development
Strong internal and external client service orientation
Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE's technology products and solutions. Travel would be occasional
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role.
Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, and theories.
Awareness and exposure to assessments- behavioural, knowledge-based, psychometric and others
Knowledge of Digital learning
