HR Officer (Generalist)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both human resources administration and recruitment, with the ability to effectively manage HR processes, identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles. The role requires a highly organized and professional individual who can work in a fast-paced consulting environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to building an efficient and productive workforce. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage end-to-end recruitment processesincluding sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidatesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases for clients.Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage communication with candidates and clients.Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.Prepare HR and recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGEBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in HR administration and recruitment.Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience is essential.Previous experience working in a consulting firm or fast-paced environment is an added advantage.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Strong reporting and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365)

We are looking to hire a Microsoft 365 Administrator / Specialist who will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. The role includes administration of Microsoft 365 applications and services, end-user support and training, implementation of productivity tools, automation of business processes, and ensuring that Microsoft technologies effectively support business operations and requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, Exchange Online, and related tools.Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user accounts, access control, authentication, and Microsoft 365 integration.Monitor system performance, availability, and security of Microsoft 365 services.Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls.Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 policies, compliance, and security settings.Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues.Conduct training sessions for employees on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.Prepare user guides, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding Microsoft 365 applications and services.Introduce and implement Microsoft productivity solutions to improve operational efficiency.Identify opportunities for workflow automation using Power Automate and related tools.Collaborate with departments to streamline processes using Microsoft technologies.Support business requirements using Microsoft 365 solutions and cloud technologiesJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Fresh graduate or equivalent, or 1-3 years of experience.Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform tools.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and user training abilities.Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance.Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage. Preferred Certifications.Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.Method of Application Interested and qualified?
