Administrative Executive

Oversee daily office administrative operations and ensure efficiency across departments.Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents related to company operations.Coordinate office logistics, facility management, and administrative support services.Manage procurement and inventory of office consumables and administrative supplies.Support regulatory and compliance documentation in line with pharmaceutical industry requirements.Coordinate meetings, trainings, interviews, and company events, including preparation of meeting minutes.Handle incoming correspondence, official emails, telephone calls, and internal communication.Monitor office equipment maintenance and ensure all facilities are functioning effectively.Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation logistics for staff and visitors.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for administrative matters.Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance documentation, staff records, and welfare coordination.Coordinate vehicle usage, drivers’ schedules, and maintenance records where applicable.Ensure proper documentation and archiving of invoices, utility bills, and payment requests.Support warehouse, sales, and operations teams with administrative coordination when required.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory procedures.Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: recruitment@svnl.in using the position as subject of email.
