Job Location :- Western Mumbai/ Gujarat


Skills needed
B.E. /B. Tech Civil (Compulsory) (Full time Complusory)
Preferred - MS office, AutoCAD proficiency


Experience :- 6+ Years of Experience

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines for retail store construction projects across India.
2. Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams,
contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
3. Quality Control: Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
4. Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring
adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
6. Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation
strategies to minimize disruptions and delays in project execution.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of construction activities.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and
environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
10. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.
11. Timeline Adherence: Strive to meet project timelines and deadlines, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
12. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with construction
contractors, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
13. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
14. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial impact of decisions and optimize resource allocation.
