Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the movement and distribution of products to customers, branches, and distributors.

  • Prepare and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

  • Ensure all deliveries are properly documented with waybills, invoices, and delivery notes.

  • Coordinate loading and offloading activities.

  • Monitor transportation costs and recommend cost-saving measures.

  • Track deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the Company.

  • Maintain and update staff records, company files, contracts, and official documents.

  • Ensure adequate supply and control of office consumables and equipment.
