Role Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the movement and distribution of products to customers, branches, and distributors.
Prepare and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Ensure all deliveries are properly documented with waybills, invoices, and delivery notes.
Coordinate loading and offloading activities.
Monitor transportation costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
Track deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the Company.
Maintain and update staff records, company files, contracts, and official documents.
Ensure adequate supply and control of office consumables and equipment.
