Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and confident Customer Experience Supervisor to lead and support our customer service team at Lagos Airport.
What You’ll Do
Supervise customer service staff and daily operations
Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues
Monitor team performance and ensure excellent service delivery
Train, guide, and motivate team members
Ensure customers enjoy a smooth and professional experience
Prepare basic reports and help improve service quality
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or team supervision
Ability to manage people and solve problems effectively
Smart, confident, and professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must live within Ikeja and its environs
