Role & responsibilities
Reach out to dental clinics via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch BookMySmile's partnership model
Convert clinic leads into signed partners and onboard them onto the platform
Manage and nurture patient inquiries qualify and convert them into confirmed bookings
Run and monitor Meta and Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation
Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM (GoHighLevel)
Create, follow, and improve SOPs for outreach, follow-up, and conversion workflows
Collaborate with the team to hit weekly and monthly targets
Preferred candidate profile
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Prior experience in B2B sales, clinic outreach, or healthcare sales preferred
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience working with a CRM tool (GoHighLevel is a plus)
Ability to handle patient conversations with empathy and convert them into bookings
Process-oriented mindset comfortable creating and working within SOPs
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
