Job Description

Job Summary

  • The Technical Assistant Engineer will support business operations by providing on-site technical services at building and construction sites while generating qualified leads to support sales execution.

  • The role requires strong field engagement, basic technical knowledge, and effective collaboration with the Field Sales team to drive timely business fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit construction and building sites within assigned locations to provide required technical support and services.

  • Identify, generate, and document potential business leads during site visits.

  • Handover qualified leads to Field Sales Agents for fulfilment and closure.

  • Ensure all generated leads are valid, required by clients, and capable of being fulfilled within seventy-two (72) hours.

  • Maintain accurate records of site visits, leads generated, and activities carried out.

  • Support the Field Sales Manager in executing field-related technical and operational tasks.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or any construction-related discipline.

  • Basic understanding of construction processes, building materials, and site operations.

  • Previous field, site, or technical support experience is an added advantage.

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and engage clients professionally on-site.

  • Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

  • Physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.

  • Willingness to travel and work across different locations within Nigeria as required.

  • High level of integrity, reliability, and adaptability to changing work schedules.
