Website Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized Website Manager to oversee the daily operations of two e-commerce websites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one newly launched website from end to end, while supporting customer communication and order fulfillment on an existing website.

This position requires relocation to Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, or a similar role.

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Experience coordinating with shipping and logistics providers.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily website operations.
