About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Associate – RFP Specialist (Spanish Language) to support end-to-end proposal development for Spanish-speaking customers across global markets. The role requires reviewing customer bid documents, analyzing requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing high-quality proposal responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Tender submissions.

Candidates with experience in Proposal Management, Bid Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Proposal Writing, and AI-assisted Proposal Development are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete RFP Management, Proposal Management, and Bid Management lifecycle.
Review and analyze RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tender, and customer procurement documents in Spanish and English.
Identify customer requirements, compliance criteria, evaluation parameters, and submission timelines.
Prepare, edit, and develop high-quality proposal responses ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Legal, Operations, and SMEs to gather proposal inputs.
Perform Requirement Analysis, Compliance Review, Document Analysis, and proposal validation.
Develop customer-facing proposal content using strong Business Writing, Technical Writing, and Proposal Writing skills.
Maintain proposal content libraries, reusable templates, and knowledge repositories.
Utilize ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Generative AI, and other AI tools for document summarization, proposal drafting, content enhancement, and productivity improvement.
Review and validate AI-generated content for quality, compliance, and business accuracy.
Manage multiple proposal deadlines while ensuring timely submissions.
Support proposal submissions through customer procurement portals.
Continuously improve proposal workflows, templates, and AI-enabled proposal processes.

Strong Spanish & English communication (Written & Spoken).

Excellent Proposal Writing, Technical Writing, and Business Writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Languages, or related discipline.
Experience supporting Spanish-speaking customers or global proposal teams.
Experience in Technology, Telecommunications, Professional Services, or Consulting environments.
Spanish Certification: B2H or C1 Preferred
