About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Intern to support our team in delivering projects on time and with clarity. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and stakeholders, helping to keep projects moving and communication flowing.
Please note: This is an internship with a token stipend only. We’re committed to providing real-world experience, mentorship, and a great reference in exchange for your contributions.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project tasks using tools like Notion, Trello, Jira, or Asana.
Help maintain project timelines, meeting notes, and action items.
Facilitate communication between team members, flag blockers, and follow up on deliverables.
Support sprint or milestone planning sessions and retrospectives.
Organize documentation and keep project resources up to date.
Contribute to process improvements and help document best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and time-management skills - you keep things from falling through the cracks.
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with remote async workflows (Slack, Discord, etc.).
A natural problem-solver with attention to detail.
Interest in tech/software development and eager to learn project management fundamentals.
No prior PM experience required, but any exposure to agile/scrum, side projects, or team coordination is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with basic project management tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, etc.).
Experience working in cross-functional teams (even in university, volunteer, or freelance settings).
Some understanding of software development lifecycles.
