Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Development Support
Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities across R&D, Regulatory, Quality Marketing, and Operations.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain project trackers and follow up with stakeholders for timely updates.
2. Upstream Marketing & Market Research
Conduct market research, under guidance that includes:
Secondary research
Competitive landscape analysis
Pricing benchmarking
Market sizing and segmentation
Customer and distributor insights
Assist in preparing business cases and revenue forecasts.
Support development of product positioning and value proposition frameworks.
3. Packaging, Marketing Collateral Development and Content Review
Review and refine marketing content to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all content publishing for:
Website
Marketing collaterals
Presentations
Assist in social media content review to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency across all materials.
Support packaging artwork development in coordination with design and regulatory teams.
Ensure packaging claims align with approved product claims.
4. Business Forecasting & Analytics
Assist in developing Business forecasts and projections.
Work on basic financial models under guidance.
Skills & Knowledge required:
Candidates with science background/Biotechnology/MBA background are preferred
Strong interest in product management and healthcare/medical devices.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
