Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Delivery Representative (VDR) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to retailers and wholesalers. The role also involves supporting route execution, customer engagement, and basic sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products accurately and within scheduled timelines.
Achieve assigned billing and customer visit targets.
Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
Collect and reconcile customer payments.
Ensure proper collection and return of empties.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Support effective sales execution and distribution activities.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
0–1 year of experience (delivery, logistics, or sales experience is an added advantage).
Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.
Physically fit and able to handle delivery operations.
Willingness to travel within assigned routes.
Good communication and customer service skills.
